Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what information Albicollis collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website (albicollis.com), our web application, and the voice AI service we provide to our business customers.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. If you fill out a form on our website, we collect what you enter — for example your name, business email, company, job title, area of interest, and any message you send us. If you create an account or are invited to join a company's workspace, we collect your name and email address, either through Google Sign-In or a one-time email login link.

Information from our voice AI service. When a business customer uses Albicollis to handle phone calls, we process the audio of those calls in real time — using third-party speech recognition and voice synthesis providers — in order to understand what a caller is saying and respond to them. We store a text transcript of each call along with basic details like the date, time, and duration. If a customer has set up caller verification, we may also store information used to confirm a caller's identity, such as an employee ID or name. If a customer connects their own ticketing system to Albicollis, we store the connection credentials they provide, in encrypted form, solely to create and route tickets on their behalf.

Information collected automatically. Our marketing website uses a small amount of anonymous analytics to understand which pages and buttons visitors use. This does not use cookies, does not store your IP address, and does not identify you personally — it only records which button was clicked and when. Our web application uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in; we don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere.

2. How We Use Information

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the service:

4. Data Retention

We retain call transcripts and account information for as long as needed to provide the service to our business customers, or as otherwise required by contract or law. A customer can request deletion of their data at any time, as described below.

5. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain uses of it. To make a request, contact us at hello@albicollis.com.

6. Cookies

Our web application uses one functional session cookie, required to keep you signed in — it cannot be disabled without also disabling sign-in. Our marketing website does not use cookies.

7. Children's Privacy

Albicollis is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
